Privacy Policy

FairFare uses your location while in use to request or drive a trip. We overwrite the driver’s last location in place — we do not retain a location history.

Phone numbers live in our auth provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Account deletion removes PII; anonymized trip/payment ledger rows are retained for legal and tax reasons.
